Unusual Uses for your Cooler
If you already have a cooler from SuperFanCoolers.com, or if you’re about to buy one, you probably already know the best uses for them. In no particular order, they are: taking food and drinks to a picnic; taking food and drinks to a sporting event; getting ice cream home from the store without it melting on the way; taking on a camping trip or other outdoor vacation, and going tailgating. 1) As a flotation device
Because coolers made from light plastic and contain foam insulation, when empty they float really well. Lots of people take a cooler of drinks and food with them when they go fishing on a boat. Can you join the dots here? Due to bad weather or a bad pilot, the boat tips over and sinks. Aside from proper floatation devices, which people don’t always have enough of, the cooler is one thing that a suddenly swimming sailor can grab a hold of in order to stay afloat.
2) To transport human organs
The medical community often needs to transport human organs from one place to another, and they need to keep the organs on ice when they do it. This is usually because they are taking the organ from a donor to a recipient. A good cooler is essential for keeping the organ safe and chilled until it gets to the O.R.
3) As a drink dispenser for punch

However, this allows another use: in a pinch, a clean cooler can be used to dispense your favorite punch mixture. Just mix the ingredients in the cooler, add chunks of ice too big to clog up the tap, and voila! Ice-cold punch for all.
